The company frequently binds contracts and fixes cargoes, mostly on the spot market, with only reputable worldwide Charterers or Operators for the transportation about 2,964,887.55 tons of dry cargo (during year 2022). In addition, the company acts as the exclusive brokerage number of vessels (including our own vessels) to transport cargoes either on the spot market or under COA.
The company frequently screening various employment opportunities that often proposed off market via close charterers/charterers brokers for our exclusive respective tonnages as well for close shipowners tonnages (acting as brokers selective tonnages). FGM Chartering responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with reputable chartering brokers, various charterers and shipowners.

Fleet Renewal
The Company have set new structure during Jan 2019 to renew the Fleet.
2020
8th May 2020, Our Management Company received award of Amver Maritime Relations (Commandant, Untied States Coast Guard)
2021
FGM Chartering have successfully renew 3 of the older tonnages with 3 modern tonnages during the first half of 2021.
December 2021
FGM Chartering successfully have complete transactions of renewing most of the fleet of modern handysize bulk carriers.
2022
FGM Chartering continuing to renew the fleet and offloading older tonnage. MV Eagle Trader (Dwt 29.5k) sold and delivered to buyers on 22nd Mar 2022 at Larnaca, Cyprus the Sea Luck was sold and delivered to her new owners on 2nd Dec 2022.
2023
FGM Chartering focus to invest in young quality Japanese ships (including Japanese new building Ships) to meet the future need (reducing emissions)!
